This module provides practical guidance for nurses and healthcare practitioners on how to undertake reflection. It outlines the various models of reflection and the benefits of regularly undertaking structured clinical reflection as part of their practice. Learning aims and intended outcomes After completing this module, you should be able to: List the benefits of structured clinical reflection for students, nurses and healthcare practitioners. Understand of the various models of reflection that have been developed. Describe the components of a step-by-step approach to reflection that you could use in your practice.
